The Finished Box Max. sizes depend on the paper size. Therefore, we calculate the limits as A(Min.) ≤ W+2H+2T+2R ≤ A(Max.); B(Min.) ≤ L+2H+2T+2R ≤ B(Max.). In practical operation, the dual-station automatic rigid box system must strictly follow these size limits to ensure stable forming accuracy and consistent production results.
However, operators cannot achieve both the Max. sizes and the Min. sizes on the same box design at the same time. Therefore, production planning should match the box structure and material configuration before starting the process. In this way, manufacturers can maintain stable forming conditions and reduce dimensional deviation.
In addition, when the finished box height reaches 110mm, the length must be greater than 80mm. Conversely, when the length is less than 80mm, the finished box height should not exceed 90mm. Moreover, these proportional rules directly affect forming stability. At the same time, the dual-station automatic rigid box relies on these constraints to maintain consistent structural performance during high-speed production. As a result, operators must carefully control dimensional relationships during setup and production.
Furthermore, production speed of the rigid box machine depends on box size, paper type, and greyboard materials. Therefore, different specifications directly influence overall output efficiency and workflow stability in continuous operation. In addition, operators should optimize material selection in advance. Meanwhile, proper parameter setup helps reduce fluctuations and improves consistency across production batches. Consequently, production planning becomes more predictable and efficient.
Finally, the seller does not provide an air compressor. Instead, users must prepare a compressor with 8 atm (0.808 MPa) and 7.5 kW power on their own. Therefore, proper auxiliary equipment setup is necessary to ensure the dual-station automatic rigid box operates under stable air pressure conditions and maintains reliable long-term performance.
