What can we do for you?
In addition to Hongming manufacturing expertise and skills, Hongming also provide guidance and assistance to it clients’ projects, helping them select the most suitable design, the most feasible process, and automated machinery based on customer needs.
What is the production delivery time after order confirmation?
The production delivery time is 30 working days after receive deposit.
How can we quarante quality?
Hongming have its own CNC machining plant, and each component has its own unique code. We assure our products’ quality and longevity thanks to all-in-house design and manufacturing backed by ISO Quality Management System and CE Safety certifications. All components are consequently tested in each process of assembly line, and finished products are re-inspected and tested before shipment.

What are the Warranty Terms?
All products come with a one-year warranty upon shipment. Hongming provide a set of accessories with the machine to the customer, and will provide replacement parts free of charge for any machine problems that occur within one year. Hongming promise and provide lifetime support; this will continue even after the warranty period ends.
What is the payment term?
Hongming do accept payments in USD / EUR / CNY currencies. The payment term is via 100% Irrevocable L/C At Sight or T/T Transfer. For T/T payment we provide the convenience of 30% T/T deposit for order acceptance & manufacturing start; and the rest 70% T/T payment to be affected prior to shipment release.
What sort of export packaging do you use?
After the machine or its subsystems are individually loaded on fumigation wooden pallet(s), each pallet will be covered with aluminum insulation foil and protective stretch film.
